Reports 

What it is about

In the Reports section, you can create, preview, and download highly versatile statistics about your company’s operations. Vektori.fi offers a wide range of different reports, allowing you to analyse sales down to the margins of individual order lines, monitor hourly sales, manage inventory values, and generate ready-made materials for accounting purposes.

For each report, you can choose to display a Preview on screen or download the data directly as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file (portrait or landscape orientation).

General tips

• Additional conditions: Almost all reports have a "+ Additional conditions" button at the bottom. This allows you to perform very specific searches (e.g., search only for IDs greater than X, or products with a certain special identifier).
• Trim unnecessary fields: PDF printouts quickly become difficult to read if you select too many columns. Always choose only the data you really need for the report at that moment from the "Fields" section. Wide tables are not a problem in Excel/CSV exports, however.
